Information we collect
For reservations, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, selected shop, booking date and time, party size, and optional notes. For enquiries and job applications, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send by email or other means. Please avoid putting sensitive information unrelated to your booking in the notes field.
Website use may involve processing access times, pages viewed, device and browser information, IP addresses, and cookie or similar identifiers by us or the services we use.
How we use information
- Receiving, confirming and changing reservations; managing visits and contacting guests about bookings
- Responding to enquiries and handling shop operations
- Receiving, assessing and responding to job applications
- Website maintenance and preventing misuse
- Analytics and advertising measurement according to your cookie choices
We do not enrol reservation contact details in marketing distributions without taking the separate steps required for that purpose.
Staff sharing and external services
Booking information is shared with staff at your selected shop through its email inbox and private LINE reservation group. Notifications include your name, contact details, booking information and notes.
We use services including o2switch for hosting, Elementor Site Mailer for email delivery, Google for analytics and advertising measurement, and LINE. Service providers receive information within the scope needed for their work. Where personal data is provided to another party for a different purpose, we take the consent or other steps required by law, except where a legal exception applies.
The website is hosted with o2switch in France. External services may also process information outside Japan. Please contact us for further information about data handling and safeguards.
Retention
A scheduled WordPress process deletes reservation database records more than 180 days after the reservation date. It does not delete copies in shop email, LINE messages or backups, which are managed separately.
Enquiry and job application information is retained with regard to its purpose, legal retention requirements and the handling of disputes. You may contact us about deletion using the process below.
Safeguards
We use HTTPS for website communications. The reservation administration screen requires WordPress authentication and access permissions. Booking notifications are sent to the relevant shop’s business email and private staff group. Information is handled within the scope needed for operations, and systems are maintained and updated. You may contact us for details of our safeguards.
Access, correction and other requests
To request notice of purpose, access to your personal data, correction, addition, deletion, restriction of use, erasure or cessation of third-party provision, email info@panamecreperie.com. Include your name, reservation reference if available, and the request. We may ask for the minimum additional information needed to verify your identity.
We respond in accordance with applicable law and explain the reason if a request cannot be fulfilled. If a fee is needed, we explain it before the procedure.

We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. The current text and update date are published on this page.
